On Friday mornings, Friday evenings and Saturday mornings a dharma talk is given during the third zazen period. People are invited to help with nitten soji (daily cleaning) in the zendo, for ten minutes after weekday morning practice. Zazenkai (one-day silent retreats) are held monthly on Sundays, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The schedule includes sutra chanting, a formal meal, nitten soji, dharma talks, meeting with Myōkyō, and zazen. Participants are expected to be familiar with the practice etiquette. Part-time participation is possible, although preference is given to those attending for the full day.
